Is the Food You’re Eating Making You Sick?

Is the Food You’re Eating Making You Sick?

Illness could be caused by food, suggests author Sylvia LeDoux in Understanding Our Epidemic and Changes in the Food Industry Which Could be Making You Sick

AUSTIN, TEXAS (PRWEB) September 1, 2006

Author Sylvia LeDoux argues that we are damaging our immune systems and giving ourselves diseases by the poor quality of our food. Find out how and why in her important and revealing new book, Understanding Our Epidemic and Changes in the Food Industry Which Could be Making You Sick.

Are you really what you eat? Sylvia LeDoux thinks so. In Understanding Our Epidemic and Changes in the Food Industry Which Could be Making You Sick, she explains how the food we ingest directly influences every organ system in our bodies. Combining her extensive technical and medical knowledge as a histology technician with personal experience, LeDoux presents complex information in a way that everyone can understand.

LeDoux was frustrated for years with her inherited food intolerance. While doctors wanted to prescribe pills, she sought the underlying answer and discovered that food—specifically the processed foods on the market and in restaurants today—were the culprit. Being sick is not normal, argues LeDoux, and with the right diet, we can all reclaim our birthright of being healthy.

Calabasas Hills, Calif. (Vocus) March 29, 2007

The ALS Association has unveiled a dynamic new logo and theme line that underscore its leadership, vision and commitment in the fight against Lou Gehrig's Disease to introduce a new public awareness campaign for 2007.

The new logo and theme line - "Fighting Lou Gehrig's Disease - and the introduction of new vision, mission and values statements marks the first time that The Association has rebranded its identity since its founding in 1985.

"Our new logo is far more than a fresh image," said Gary A. Leo, president and CEO of The Association. "It is a bold and simple visual representation of our vision to leave no stone unturned in our quest to create a world without ALS."

The logo, developed in partnership with Minneapolis-based advertising agency Campbell Mithun, exemplifies the excellent, personalized care The Association offers to those touched by ALS and the work that is being done in research, advocacy and at all levels throughout every corner of The Association.

The Association's heartfelt pledge to fight on every front to improve life with ALS is represented by a hand touching a vibrant red-lettered "A" that sits atop the new theme line in black letters.

The Association's new branding is further displayed in its new mission statement: "To lead the fight to cure and treat ALS through global cutting-edge research, and to empower people with Lou Gehrig's Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support."

A new vision statement articulates the far-reaching goal that The Association holds: "In the quest to create a world without ALS, our vision is to care for and support all people living with Lou Gehrig's Disease as we leave no stone unturned in our relentless search for a cure."

Leading surgeon launches new device for the treatment of Tennis Elbow

Leading surgeon launches new device for the treatment of Tennis Elbow

Ranjan Vhadra, a leading orthopaedic surgeon has launched a revolutionary new MHRA approved medical device for the treatment of lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as Tennis Elbow.

(PRWeb UK) January 24, 2010

From the 1st of February a new treatment for Tennis Elbow (http://tenease. com), a painful condition often unrelated to playing tennis, is available to sufferers. Anyone who has experienced the pain of lateral epicondylitis will know that a trip to the doctors is often of little use as there are few options for treatment. Rest, strapping of the elbow, steroid injections, anti-inflammatory drugs and surgery are some of the courses of treatment that are often recommended to alleviate the pain. However, none are effective and all treatments carry some degree of risk or side effects.

Developed over the last seven years and patented worldwide, a new device has now been launched to treat Tennis Elbow called Tenease. Tenease works to alleviate the pain caused by the condition and is also reported to accelerate the recovery of some users. Small, portable and suitable for home use the device straps to the elbow and works with low frequency vibrations to stimulate blood flow to the area and stop the pain by impeding the transmission of the pain signals to the brain.

Mr Vhadra, consultant orthapeodic surgeon and inventor of Tenease explains..

"Tenease has evolved from research I carried out as a trainee surgeon. Vibration therapy has been available for many years with much research published in medical literature on its effectiveness. However, this treatment required large and expensive machines which meant the therapy was only available in hospital. We’ve been able to miniaturise the electronics used in the larger hospital machines so Tenease is now a portable, easy to use, safe and effective treatment that many tennis elbow sufferers are finding invaluable.”

There are many inventions that claim to be effective for pain relief which although harmless, have no scientific backing and are of little benefit to the user. Tenease has been rigorously tested by the MHRA, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority, over the last two years and has been awarded class IIa approval as a medical device for Tennis Elbow treatment (http://tenease. com/pub/treatments). The product has been proven to work in medical trials and has been awarded a CE marking for sale in Europe.

Although medical studies have proved Tenease’s effectiveness, there is no substitute for happy patients and some of the users of the device have been very vocal in their feedback after initial trials of Tenease. Many, after an initial test period, found the device so effective they even refused to hand them back. Some of the early patients report;

"I had tennis elbow that was increasingly painful despite anti-inflammatories. Increasingly desperate for help, I tried the Tenease. I found it easy to use and within a few days my arm felt better for the first time. I carried on using it regularly and by about 2 months was symptom free again at last." -- Gary Yarwood

“After just 2 months the mobility within the elbow joint has fully returned and the pain has disappeared.” -- Tony Veron.

“The pain relief lasted for four to six hours after using the machine for ten minutes…. I'd recommend Tenease to other suffers." -- Mr. Marcus Ender, Orthopaedic team leader

“Grip strength has improved, also the range of arm movement without pain feels so much better.” -- D S Torode

Tenease is available now for pre-order from www. tenease. com with the first devices being shipped from the 1st of February. Price is around £59 plus VAT, with a 30 day money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. The company is a member if ISIS, the IMRG ecommerce regulation scheme which ensures safe online payments and IDIS, the regulatory body that oversees internet deliveries.

Desperate Housewives No Longer Desperate - Stay at Home Mom's Hit it Big with Successful Internet Businesses

Desperate Housewives No Longer Desperate - Stay at Home Mom's Hit it Big with Successful Internet Businesses

Two Southern California “Stay at Home" housewives launch successful internet businesses while raising families, taking care of husbands, and still managing to look good.

(PRWEB) November 8, 2004

Jennifer Hurless and Adena Surabian, both 35 years old and new neighbors, discussed over coffee one day that they both had left their lucrative marketing jobs in order to stay home with their young children. Jennifer is the mother of three (7, 5 and 17 months), and Adena is the mother of two (4 and 16 months). After months of cutting back and Teletubbies, they both decided they needed more than kids and Huggies to feel fulfilled and wanted somehow to contribute financially to their marriages.

Jennifer admits "cutting back on expenses was the most difficult thing for me to adjust to while not working. I kept thinking, 'how can I contribute to the family income by using my business experiences and still be a good mother?’”

Jennifer, a nationally certified aerobic instructor, combined her 16 years of teaching aerobics and business experience with her husbandÂ’s expertise as a podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon, and started a website to educate and assist people with foot problems.

With a degree in Architecture, creating a website was the last thing she ever thought she would end up doing. Her research into foot care revealed some alarming data on the damage obesity and diabetes does to often unsuspecting people. She felt that by providing appropriate medical information, patient education on weight loss and fitness, and affordable therapeutic foot care products recommended by her husband, she would have a successful business that she could operate from home.

"Running the healthyfeetstore. com website has given me a sense of business ownership with my husband while being able to help people learn about the dangers of unattended foot problems, obesity, diabetes, and the advantages of weight control and exercise…and still allow me to be around for my kids.”

Adena’s research into a business led her no further than watching her first child begin to crawl and explore a household environment that held many hidden dangers as the unsuspecting new mother quickly discovered. “Originally this business was supposed to bring in a little extra income to help cover the bills. It was a business that grew out of my garage, into my living room and then into a warehouse in Westlake Village. Our sales are now close to $1 million.”

In its fourth year, her business provides safety information and products to ensure a safe home environment for young children. "There were so many websites offering baby safety products,” Adena recalled, “but not a single site offering the expertise to help with the right product to buy. One of our most popular items, for example, is car seats. I am a passionate advocate for the use of car seats properly and I am a big fan of keeping children in 5 point harness for as long as possible, I love the Britax Car Seats.”

The business, www. safeandsecurebaby. com, has grown dramatically and now has a staff of three. Adding staff has allowed Adena to spend even more time with her daughters. Just recently, Adena ventured off into another line of business to address the needs of her children’s sensitive skin. She developed a 100% all natural shampoo and conditioner for babies and kids call “Nature’s Baby Products.” Already her products have received positive feedback from her clientele. Parents love the smell and more importantly they love that they are using a product on their children that is free from harsh chemicals and fragrances.

Together, these two women have created successful businesses while being happy, fulfilled, and not-so-desperate stay at home moms.

Happy Feet Clinic Now Open in Buffalo Grove, IL; Starting A Business in Impossible Times: Valuable Insights and Experiences

Happy Feet Clinic Now Open in Buffalo Grove, IL; Starting A Business in Impossible Times: Valuable Insights and Experiences

Dr. Ashley Keren opened the Happy Feet Clinic PC in Buffalo Grove, IL. What drives a mother, wife, Doctor and Entrepreneur start a business in an economic crisis? “There is never a perfect time to start a business” says Dr. Ashley Keren, founder of Happy Feet Clinic, PC in Buffalo Grove, IL. “Success takes time to achieve, and in a slow economy we did perfect our service offerings as well as our business model. Also, this is not a seasonal business or a business that depends on the economy. People that suffer from foot problems should take care of this as soon as possible, since foot problems can be a sign of more serious conditions.”

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 24, 2010

What are some of the lessons learned that you can share with other women, mothers, and entrepreneurs that would like to start their business, but hesitate?

After opening up her business in Buffalo Grove, IL, the Happy Feet Clinic PC, Dr. Keren shares her experiences in this economic tsumani we have been faced with in the last year.

Dare to realize a dream. There is no such thing as good time or bad time to be an entrepreneur. It is something that one knows the need to follow. It is the fire within, and many very successful enterprises started at the lowest of the economy. There is never a perfect time to start a business, but when you know what you want, it makes it feasible and attainable. Persistence and perseverance are the key.

One never know how much they don’t know until they start running their own business. A slow economy gives the time to learn about management style, weaknesses and strengths, and work out all the kinks in the business. Success doesn’t happen.

Ask for help. As women, we tend to think we can be super moms, super wives, and professionals. Support from a close circle of family and friends, is very important. "The support of my family made it happen. I don’t know how I would have accomplished this all without the active help of my husband, Eli, who is a CPA. His expertise helps manage the finances. His moral support is invaluable.”

Dr. Keren started her practice with the passion to be able to educate and help patients to take care of their feet in a healthy manner. She devotes the attention and provides only the best services, treatment options, and sophisticated diagnostic modalities that will help people live a better life and keep them on their toes.

In such a stressed and rushed world, people neglect to take care of their feet, which may lead to more serious problems.

The Clinic specializes in:
Custom Foot Orthotics for adults and children Diabetic complications Adult foot & ankle injuries Pediatric foot & ankle problems Work related injuries (worker's comp cases)

"The #1 foot-related problem is heel pain, and a substantial number of Americans suffer from it. When your feet hurt, you hurt all over. Someone with heel pain will walk with a different gait pattern and posture, which can cause knee, hip, and back problems" says Dr. Keren.

The biggest misconception about foot care is that "Foot pain will go away on its own". People take thousands of steps every day, and millions over a lifetime. Maintaining healthy feet makes practical sense, and is crucial to your health.

Global Health Progress Amplifies New Report that Outlines Barriers in Securing Access to Medicines in Least Developed Countries

Global Health Progress Amplifies New Report that Outlines Barriers in Securing Access to Medicines in Least Developed Countries

Importance of drug patents, public-private partnerships highlighted

Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 30, 2010

“There is a public health crisis in the least developed countries. It is a crisis made by humans and solvable only by humans. There is urgency for governments, businesses, NGOs and academia to collaborate in dealing with this most urgent of problems,” declares Cameron Institute’s new 200-page report, Pharmaceutical Access in Least Developed Countries: on-the-ground barriers and industry successes.

Executive Director D. Wayne Taylor, Ph. D., F. CIM., who prepared the report, cites the recent World Health Organization’s (WHO) Draft Global Plan and Strategy for Action in stressing the importance of pharmaceutical industry partnerships. The report states that the industry must focus its energies on “the growing burden of diseases and conditions that disproportionately affect developing countries, and particularly women and children.”

Global Health Progress actively supports the report’s outlined actions needed to solve this issue, including endorsement of public-private partnerships (PPPs), protecting intellectual property and drug patents as the cornerstones of affordable innovation, improving access to medicines and developing new drugs.

Public-private partnerships are one key way to improve access to medicines in the least developed countries. As the report notes, the research-based pharmaceutical industry, in various public-private partnerships, has been improving access to medicines in the least developed countries of the world since the 1950’s. To date, there have been 150 public-private partnerships whose aim it is to improve access to medicines and currently 90% of PPPs are industry-led.

Additionally, innovation is cited by the report as “the hallmark of the pharmaceutical industry. Without innovation there would be no immunizations, medicines or biologics to save lives, improve quality of lives, and to save much needed healthcare dollars. A basic right in law is to retain possession of one’s own ideas and discoveries.” The report also notes the importance of protecting this innovation through intellectual property and drug patents, as well as through the infrastructure and legal structures needed for healthy growth.

The report adds that every dollar invested in new medicines relieves the healthcare system of seven dollars of expenditure elsewhere, and that new drugs increase life expectancy and life-time income by about 1.0% per year while also decreasing years of life lost. It also provides a summary of 2010 data regarding contributions provided by research-based pharmaceutical industry to least developed countries:
USD 8,450,000,000 of product and investment 950,000,000 patients treated 9,500,000,000 doses/treatments administered 350,000 doctors, nurses and other health personnel trained

Despite this progress, actions are still needed to solve the problem without creating additional difficulties. For example, even though existing medicines for HIV/AIDS has reduced mortality rates in developed countries by 70%, adherence and compliance are two major obstacles, amongst many, to the successful deployment of these drugs in developing countries. Additional barriers to access and improved health in least-developed countries include “on the ground” barriers, such as market failure, corruption, non-existent health human resources and infrastructure, and the lack of both local and international political will.

About Global Health Progress:
Global Health Progress also supports efforts to raise awareness and mobilize resources to address health challenges in the developing world by bringing local leaders together with international health experts, policymakers, donor governments, and the private sector. http://www. globalhealthprogress. org; twitter. com/globalhealth; facebook. com/group. php? gid=35156473766; linkedin. com/groups? home=&gid=2972068

Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment Help Children ‘Go Green’ for Earth Day

Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester and Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment Help Children ‘Go Green’ for Earth Day

Earth Day workshops teach children the importance of planting, recycling

Brewster, N. Y. (PRWEB) April 29, 2010

In honor of Earth Day, the Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment teamed-up with the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester in Mount Kisco to provide hands-on ‘green’ workshops for the Club’s 3-12-year-olds.

During the morning, 3-5-year-olds from the Club’s preschool classes worked with Cherie Ingraham, founder, the Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment, to create container gardens from recycled materials. Students used images from recycled newspapers and magazines, soy crayons and eco-friendly markers to decorate their creations in which they later planted organic flower seeds. Throughout the morning, Ingraham spoke with students about why we celebrate Earth Day, the importance of being kind and gentle to Mother Earth and how they can start to ‘go green’ at home.

“It is important for children to learn to appreciate and take good care of Mother Earth at a young age,” said Cherie Ingraham, founder, the Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment. “Whether it’s recycling their coloring books or turning off the water while they brush their teeth, their small steps can help to make a positive impact on the environment. By working with the children on Earth Day, I hope to inspire a lifetime of good, ‘green,’ habits and teach them the importance of celebrating our planet.”

Following her work with the preschoolers, Ingraham spent the afternoon working with the Club’s 5-12-year-olds (grades K-6). The activity kicked-off with the children sharing the ways that they are kind, gentle and respectful to Mother Earth each day. Ingraham then showed students how to create photo frames from recycled materials, including items found in nature, such as twigs and rocks, as well as common household items, such as yarn, old newspapers and magazines.

“We are grateful to Cherie Ingraham and the Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment for taking the time to work with our children and supporting our 2010 Humanitarian Award Dinner theme, “Sustain,” which celebrates our Club’s goal to preserve, protect, and nurture the youngest generation with healthy nutrition, ‘green’ living, and renewable energy initiatives,” said Brian Skanes, executive director, Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester. “The workshops helped the children to understand the importance of ‘green’ living and we hope that they will carry these environmentally-friendly lessons with them for years to come.”

To help the children go ‘green’ and celebrate Mother Earth throughout the year, the Chuckie Goodnight Foundation For The Environment gave each child an Earth Journal, to document their good, ‘green’ work and a copy of is 2010 Earth Calendar, which recognizes several environmental holidays, is printed on recycled paper with soy ink and features environmentally-friendly artwork from children across the U. S. collected through its annual Earth Day Everyday contest.

Teachers were also given copies of the 2010 Earth Calendar as well as the Foundation’s 12” x 18” posters, which feature Chuckie Goodnight and his crew of loyal plant and animal friends working to preserve and protect the environment, for their classrooms. Each poster features eco-friendly messaging and highlights the simple things children can do to take good care of Mother Earth. Designs include: Choose Organic; Save Water; Think & Choose; and, The 4R’s.

Vasont Systems Contributes Content Management Expertise to New Book on Virtual Collaborative Writing

Vasont Systems Contributes Content Management Expertise to New Book on Virtual Collaborative Writing

Collaborative writing book “eats its own dog food” as contributors collaborate virtually and document their experiences.

Emigsville, PA (PRWEB) April 5, 2010

Vasont Systems, a leading provider of content management systems and data services, today announced their participation in the upcoming publication, Virtual Collaborative Writing in the Workplace: Computer-Mediated Communication Technologies and Processes, edited by Beth L. Hewett, University of Maryland University College, and Charlotte Robidoux, Hewlett-Packard. Suzanne Mescan, VP of Marketing for Vasont Systems, was invited to be a contributing author for the book to provide information on emerging trends in virtual collaborative writing using content management technology. The book is scheduled for publication in May, 2010 by IGI Global.

This book investigates the use of computer-mediated communication technologies, including everything from instant messaging and e-mail to interaction on Web pages, Webcasts, and content management systems, to facilitate effective interdependent collaboration in writing projects. This book focuses on the type of writing that typically occurs in virtual workplace settings, such as academic institutions, private and for-profit industry, and the government, in which the purpose of the writing is to convey information or argue a position rather than to socialize or entertain. What makes this book stand out from others like it is the fact that it was written collaboratively through the use of Wikis and Google Docs and that it provides a meta-analysis of the development process of the book from conception to completion.

Mescan’s contributed chapter discusses four case studies on collaboration using content management technology. The case studies provide a look at how small and large writing teams have each successfully implemented content management technology and improved collaboration in varying environments—within a department; between multiple departments; within a division; and across several divisions of their respective organizations.

“Chapters such as Mescan's exploration of workplace case studies provide a nice continuation from the now classic Karis and Lay text, Collaborative Writing in Industry,” said TyAnna Herrington, Associate Professor, Georgia Institute of Technology. “Virtual Collaborative Writing in the Workplace is a welcome addition to the list of books treating workplace practice, in this case, extending exploration to the digital world.”

The book can be pre-ordered at a discounted rate at:

Compare Real Market Potential of Stevia, Regulatory Challenges & Upcoming Opportunities in Stevia Sector in Strategic Stevia Position Paper

Compare Real Market Potential of Stevia, Regulatory Challenges & Upcoming Opportunities in Stevia Sector in Strategic Stevia Position Paper

A position paper released in line with Stevia World 2009, examines the latest developments, prospects and challenges emerging from the growing Stevia sector, and raises important concerns on a lack of validated data on cultivation, health and safety, as well as regulatory hurdles, all of which need to be overcome before Stevia can truly make an impact on the sweetener market.

Shanghai, China (PRWEB) March 4, 2009

The Stevia position paper "Stevia as an Alternative Sweetener: Promise & Challenges" is being offered for free download as a run up to Asia's first Global Stevia conference, Stevia World 2009, which will be held on 14-15 May 2009 in Shanghai, China.

The paper, authored by Dr. R Rajagopal of Knowgenix presents a complete overview of the latest developments in the Regulatory Status, Market Potential and Product Development of Stevia sweeteners.

Pegging the global markets for Stevia at around $500 million, he touches on the position of Stevia as a sweetener in the global markets.

Stevia is not new, and has in fact been in use as both a stand-alone sweetener and a food/beverage additive for decades in countries such as Brazil, South Korea and Japan. It is estimated that over 40% of Japan's sweetener market is dominated by Stevia, where the sweetener is used to sweeten many products.

However, tremendous media attention and the potential of new markets mean the stevia sector is poised on the cusp of growth, as Dr. Rajagopal explores in his paper.

He said, "With companies such as Cargill and Merisant gaining generally recognized as safe (GRAS) status for their respective stevia products, a slow revolution seems to be brewing in the sweetener world," while touching on some of the most important developments in the stevia sector.

"Stevia as an Alternative Sweetener: Promise & Challenges" presents objective insights into key areas of interest within the sector including:
Evolution of the Sweetener Markets  Stevia as a sweetener.  Stevia Plant agronomy: Cultivators in a learning curve  Global markets for Stevia sweeteners  Global Commercial & Regulatory Status for stevia sweeteners.  Safety Considerations  Future direction of Stevia markets.  A complete overview of the Stevia Value chain

The easy-to-read paper is presented in a frank and objective voice sharing insights on the opportunities, challenges and realities in the rapidly evolving Stevia sector.

"Stevia as an Alternative Sweetener: Promise & Challenges" , a well organised and thorough report that links data to meaningful insights will provide readers with a wealth of useful information on the long and short term prospects for Stevia.

The First to Market Insurance Program Designed to Protect Developers, Contractors and Subs Removing Chinese Drywall

The First to Market Insurance Program Designed to Protect Developers, Contractors and Subs Removing Chinese Drywall

Beane & Bennett, a Miami based insurance brokerage company specializing in the construction industry, who have earned an outstanding reputation as one of the nation's leading Construction Risk Specialists, is taking their expertise to address a new area of concern - Chinese drywall.

Miami, Florida (PRWEB) September 4, 2009

Beane & Bennett, a Miami based insurance brokerage company specializing in the construction industry, who have earned an outstanding reputation as one of the nation's leading Construction Risk Specialists, is taking their expertise to address a new area of concern - Chinese drywall.

Beane & Bennett has introduced an innovative insurance program for Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors which is the first of its kind in the market. They have structured Commercial Liability Insurance for the General Liability, Pollution Liability and Professional Liability risks associated with the remediation - the actual tear out and replacement of this toxic Chinese drywall. "With Chinese drywall being so prevalent in the news, and more and more companies being contracted to remediate the problem, we began researching the types of insurance programs that existed to protect those responsible for the removal," said Brandon Beane, the company's CEO. "We were surprised to discover that there were, in fact, no insurance programs like this available and realized there was an opportunity here."

Chinese drywall has gained a tremendous amount of public attention over the past year. Homeowners in Florida, as well as other parts of the country, have claimed that drywall which was imported from China is making them ill and corroding the HVAC systems and plumbing in their homes. It is estimated that over 100,000 homes and commercial grade structures in the United States - most of which were built between 2003 and 2007, may contain some of the allegedly defective drywall, which is currently being investigated by a number of government agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency and the Centers for Disease Control.

Decisions are still pending regarding the impact Chinese drywall may have on general liability carriers. Regardless of where the responsibility will ultimately lie, homeowners are forced to repair the damages to their home. "There are inherent risks associated with the removal of toxic Chinese drywall," said Richard Bennett, the firm's COO. "Being that we specialize in construction risk management, this was a natural fit."

Remediation protocols for Chinese drywall have not yet been established and if not performed correctly or adequately, remediation of homes with Chinese drywall could lead to even more problems. Cross-contamination is occurring, and after homes have the sheetrock torn out and replaced sulfur diffusion continues to occur. The problem seems to be that diffusion of sulfur gases will continue to occur because the protocol for removal and replacement are greatly flawed. Simply removing drywall from the home and replacing it with new drywall will not protect occupants from possible health problems. This is now being documented not only in laboratories but also in Florida case histories.

Beane & Bennett's insurance program will offer protection for those Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors that have been hired to remediate Chinese drywall and give them some peace-of-mind as they delve into this unchartered territory.
