New Program Helps Directors of Diversity Programs Avoid Burnout and Continue to Enhance Their Knowledge

Diversity Trends LLC, a Dallas based consulting firm, is hosting a 30-minute Question & Answer session this Friday at 2:15pm (CST)to answer questions about it's upcoming program for experienced professionals. Diversity Executives Engaged is a year-long program that includes teleseminars, coaching and group sessions.

According to the President of Diversity Trends, Tracy Brown, “We wanted to develop a resource that would help experienced diversity professionals avoid burnout and achieve their goals.”

Experienced diversity practitioners know all the basics, and everyone in their companies expect them to have all the answers. They don’t need a consultant to teach them how to set up a diversity program. This program is designed to provide them with a sounding board for their ideas, a network of colleagues to brainstorm with and a series of “just in time” learning resources they can use for their own development or to share with others.

Beginning in April, participants in the Diversity Executives Engaged program will be able to participate in a monthly conference call with others to discuss possible solutions to a real-life challenge faced by a member of the group. They will also have access to up to 30 hours of customized coaching on any aspect of their diversity strategy during the 12 months they are registered in the program. And as a group they will meet in person for two sessions designed around issues they identify as important.

Additional resources will be shared through a private website where participants in the program can access articles, models and other tools to help them, and their organizations, use diversity as a strategic advantage.

Participants in this program will save approximately 25% of the cost of the included services purchased individually.
